The Aspinall Foundation
For the summer edition The Aspinall Foundation challenged us to redesign their Wildcry magazine. A fresh, modern, contemporary style to highlight key conservation projects and allow their content to shine and be easily digestible. The new direction will form the basis for all new publications going forward.
The magazine is distributed throughout the accommodation and sent to all fundraisers.
We began by reviewing the content for the summer edition, highlighting sections and key stats that our team thought would be compelling and interesting to the reader. With the intention of pulling these out in a highly visual manner using graphical elements or typographical techniques.
The layout was reimagined to infuse the spread with a more pronounced visual hierarchy. Emphasising key stats about the animals, the remarkable conservation milestones and how the donations from fundraisers have supported projects such as the Siamang gibbon project in Indonesia.
