When you bring together creative minds and developers from different corners of the world, something crucial happens: you eliminate collective blind spots. It makes immersing ourselves in the unique cultures and business environments of the projects we take on second nature.
It’s easy to treat "diversity" as an HR metric or a badge to wear. For us, having a studio that spans different countries, languages, and lived experiences isn't about stats, it's about the depth, cultural awareness, and technical edge of the work we put into the world.
Across our studio of 10 people, we represent 5 different nationalities, with 4 of our team hailing from outside the UK. That means nearly half our room brings lived experiences from across Europe, Asia, and beyond directly into both our design and development disciplines.
When you’re creating work for a modern, connected world, you simply can’t look at everything through a single, narrow lens. Everyone arrives at their desk with completely different reference points, visual traditions, and problem-solving instincts.
That mix fundamentally changes what we make. You remix all those distinct cultural inputs, debate them over a coffee, challenge our default settings, and end up creating work that feels genuinely original rather than predictable, weaving those distinct individual perspectives directly into our craft.
'Growing up in Greece and living in Brazil deeply shaped how I see storytelling and visual culture. Inspiration and visual cues can come from anywhere, but it’s always important to remember who we’re creating for. Combining those lived perspectives across design and dev ensures we make work with real global resonance.'

Rigid frameworks and tools don't make great work, people do.
We pride ourselves on creating a space where everyone brings their full, authentic selves to the room. We each have our own cultural traditions, which are celebrated in the studio every day. The individual experiences our team shares don't just make our studio culture what it is; they directly elevate the work we deliver to our clients.
Because when your studio reflects the real, varied world, the work you create actually connects with it.
