All tiers are elastic and embedded. Minimum three-month commitment. Pods start from £8,000 / month; anything below that is better suited to a Commission.

A smooth immersion is our job, not yours.
We understand that embedding a supplier into a large organisation is real work: procurement, security review, tool access, and the quiet politics of who needs to feel consulted. We know, because it's part of what we do.
Once we're in, work settles into a routine: agreed delivery days, a mix that changes with your priorities, and a fee that stays put. Our longest running integrated relationship has been going for 11 years.
The onboarding plan
Every Pod starts with one, brought to the first conversation: who signs what, who we need to meet, what access opens which work, and the working pattern we'll settle into.
What we handle
The collaboration agreement and scope. Then whichever of the formalities your organisation actually requires: NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, security questionnaires, supplier portals, policy compliance, access requests. Most engagements need only a fraction of that list. We work out which, and deal with it.
What we need from you
Make the key introductions and we'll take it from there. Better still, onboard your strategic lead as a consultant: they'll manage the whole process from the inside, bridging the IT gap that causes friction between internal teams and conventional agencies.
Start a Pod‘They work both hand-in-hand with our in-house designers, or deliver from concept right through to execution.’

FAQs
What does "elastic" actually mean?
Your fee is fixed. Within reason, we flex the team's output to your month. A launch-heavy month gets more; a quiet month banks goodwill into the next. We manage the schedule so you don't have to count hours.
Who is the strategic lead?
A senior member of the studio who owns your relationship and your direction, supported by creative, digital and AI specialists. You get a person, and a team behind the person.
Can we move between tiers?
Yes. Most relationships grow. Start at the tier that fits today and step up as the work does.
What is a productised retainer?
A retainer with a defined product: a fixed monthly fee, a named lead, agreed delivery days and a published price, instead of an hours ledger and a monthly surprise. You know what you pay and you know what you get.
What does an embedded creative team actually do?
We sit inside your channels and tools, join the standups that matter, and pick work up the way an internal team would: from a Slack message, not a briefing form. After a few weeks we know your brand well enough to spot the problems you haven't briefed yet.
Can a Pod include development?
Yes. Our developers build websites, software and AI integrations inside Pods every month. Brand and digital aren't separate departments here.
Why do you publish prices?
Because you'd ask anyway, and because budgets are how real decisions get made. Pods run from £8,000 to £35,000 a month. If those numbers feel wrong for your size of problem, a Commission is probably the better shape.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months. Embedding takes a few weeks to pay off, and we'd rather not pretend otherwise.
