Helping communicate the Sinch message
Sinch
As Sinch grew from a challenger brand to a global Cloud Communications leader, we provided scalable design support that evolved with them. From high-pressure keynote presentations and booths at MWC Las Vegas to complex internal campaigns, we function not as an external vendor, but as an on-demand production partner that integrates seamlessly with their in-house design operations.

We treat every event and exhibition stand or booth as a creative campaign moment, capturing every asset including product and service collateral and merchandise. Understanding why Sinch is there, what products they want to hero, and the type of conversations they want to have there is vital.
We collaborate closely with the various internal teams to best understand messaging and tone of voice, and work together to translate that into a standout event presence that can flex across booth design, printed takeaways, social assets, email banners and beyond.
‘Each show brings with it unique challenges, time and technical constraints, and we rely on the team at d&f to deliver. They work both hand-in-hand with our in-house designers, or deliver from concept right through to execution.’
VP Marketing, Global Brand and Content at Sinch

Exhibition halls are busy and full of noise. Our goal is to cut through the noise with a creative direction that’s bold, strategic, and brand-aligned.
We often start by developing a few creative directions up front; it's an opportunity to push the boundaries of Sinch’s established brand with fresh graphic elements or experimental typographic styles, always grounded in what will work on the show floor.
At MWC Las Vegas, for example, we collaborated to deliver a full booth experience that was not only visually striking, but thoughtfully designed to consider placement of screens, lighting, furniture, and other elements that could make or break the overall impact.

For the Sinch speaker team, storytelling is everything. We work closely with Sinch’s presenters to shape keynote presentations that are clear, considered and easy for audiences to follow, even when the content is complex.
We take rough drafts filled with ideas and transform them into refined, engaging decks that work hard on stage, often refining right up until the day of the event.

All creative starts in Figma to make collaboration seamless. From there, we prep print-ready artwork to exacting spec, ensuring colours, cuts, and contours are perfectly aligned, whether we’re working with supplied templates or setting up from scratch.
Attention to detail matters, especially when doors, panel lines, and signage placement can easily mess with a great design! We provide support with it all, giving the team at Sinch the time to focus on other projects and tasks.
