Insights
Cruiseo came to us with an online platform struggling to make a sale. Most cruise bookings are dealt with over the phone. Our challenge was to create an online platform that allowed customers to search, customise and book their cruise effortlessly.
Ideas
Collaborating closely with Cruiseo, we started with research and insights. Delving deeper into these during a series of creative workshops, we crafted out the core aspects of the brand and how the site may work. From these initial stages it was a very iterative process, mainly tackling the user experience, creating prototypes and user testing.
We also ran design sprints focusing on creating a new visual language, based on fluidity and motion.
